A great deal of attention: If you sit your kids so stop immediately!

It is quite common for children to sit…
at the bus stop with the shape of a “W,” and most will believe that it is due to good elasticity.
However, this attitude can lead to some really serious orthopaedic situations, as it prevents the children to be able to shift their weight and to achieve what is called “rotating the torso”. Not only does this inability to rotate, prevent the children to stretch out to get things that are in direct access, but it will have long-term serious consequences.
In order to develop adequate equilibrium reactions, such as the ability to prevent a fall, a child must have developed this weight shift and ability rotation. These skills are necessary for writing. As children grow, every motor skill you develop and perfect it is necessary for them to move on to the next. If the coordination is interrupted due to the constant stop “W” , this may well lead to significant delays in achieving other skills, such as: development of dominant hand, shooting, kicking, etc.
In addition, this attitude is causing a real collapse and tightening of the muscles of the hip and the foot, causing the child to walk in the wrong way. This will eventually lead to complications in the bones of the back and pelvic pain, as they grow up.
