A deal is coming with India and Vietnam to attract workers

In the implementation of transnational immigration and mobility agreements with Vietnam and the government will proceed by the end of this year. According to the consolidated government policy plan for 2025, this project aims to implement existing agreements in the area of legal migration (Egypt, Bangladesh) through cooperation with the relevant Labor and Social Security and Foreign Ministers. In addition, new agreements in the area of legal migration of workers are being negotiated and concluded, focusing on the prospect of a bilateral agreement with India and Vietnam. The steps taken to implement this project are as follows: Assessment of the first implementation of the bilateral agreement between Greece and Bangladesh and the submission of proposals for any reform/improvement of procedures (2nd quarter 2025) Assessment of the first implementation of the bilateral agreement between Greece and Egypt and the submission of proposals for any reform/improvement of procedures (b’ quarter) Draft a draft ratification of the bilateral agreement between Greece and India in the field of migration and mobility (d quarter)
