78-Year-Old Woman Dies Onboard Ferry – Preliminary Investigation by Andros Port Authority

A 78-year-old woman lost her life onboard a passenger ferry that had departed from the island of Andros. The incident was reported to the port authority of Tinos, and upon arrival at the port, the elderly woman was transferred via an ambulance from the National Emergency Medical Service (EKAV) to the local Health Center, where her death was confirmed. A preliminary investigation is currently being conducted by the First Coast Guard Department of Andros to determine the circumstances surrounding the incident.
