The Greek Company of Shares and Property received its 7.27% (ALTH), as part of the merger by absorbing the second from the first, while this percentage was previously held by the Treasury’s Private Property Utilization Fund (TAID). As explained in the relevant announcement of the PPA on the Athens Stock Exchange, this change does not alter the 7.27% percentage of the total share capital and the respective voting rights of the PPA, which is directly controlled by the Greek State. CORVERSE The Communication also points out that the change relates to 732,594 common nominal shares of the company, which came on 31 December in the ESMY, the sole shareholder of which is the Greek State.
