6 powerful incentives not to postpone the exercise

Nothing is postponed…
most recurring and most merciful by the time you have (sworn to yourself and) planned to go to a gym. Every week the same sad story: you state that you go at least 3 times, swearing, banging hands on the table and you’re not sure how you do it, at least until half an hour before you take a shot…
All of a sudden get an overwhelming boredom, remember that you have to do something else, completely meaningless, possibly, not to say that you’re stalling deliberately your business so you don’t catch up eventually, pilates or aerobics. All the same we do. But as here. My god. For not to run again at the last moment before the summer, “grab a hold” of the following incentives, to try and make it to obey.
> Search and find a photo from when your body was at its best because watching what you eat and working out more. Put it in a conspicuous place, to see, if possible. After you have done it then, you can do it again.
> Don’t get hung up in a kind of exercise. All yoga and yoga and you, you’re human, you’re bored. Make changes so as not to fall into a routine. Try as many things as you can. The point is to move.
> Make it personal. If you can afford it, it is much more binding and effective to work out on your own or in very small groups with a trainer. If anything you’ll be ashamed to set a man (plus, if the work this off, I think, and the money that you give).
> Leaner company with a friend, a friend or your partner. Recent research confirms that this noble emulation between those who train together is the most powerful incentive to not skip the workout.
> Make a playlist. This is a little trick to still having a better time of the gym.
> Invested in some of the outfits. Obviously the gym I don’t do runway, but the truth is that if you get 2-3 new sports tights, compulsively alone, you will want to get all sweaty.
