57-year-old cheated 12 tenants and collected the advances for his home – “I gave him 800 euros and he disappeared”

Without a hint of shame and empathy the skilled owner in Attica, who mocked the prospective tenants of the house, took his guarantees and disappeared. The 57-year-old owns a residence in an area of Attica, which he already rents to a man. While the tenant was away on vacation the owner entered with his own keys and showed the space to other interested persons telling them that it is available for rent soon. The “available” house was rented and even there was a contract with the normal tenant of a perennial lease. One of his victims spoke on the Live News show revealing: “I’m on fire and I didn’t have “the head farts” and I say: “I want home immediately, I stay on the road, in my car inside”. He says “I understand you, I have also suffered damage to the Hippostate.” And he added: “I had raised money with claws and teeth from friends and relatives. I haven’t received any help for my house that burned down. This man deceived me, I gave him 800 euros, we signed a contract. His nerve was huge, mocking me of having Airbnb contracts, victimizing himself. I tried to get him to pay me back, but I had to sue him.” Another victim of the 57 – year – old said: “I gave him an advance, he didn’t give me the keys to my house I told me to see when the previous one would come out. He told me to wait an hour and then he wouldn’t pick up the phones. ” The skilled owner had lied to others that the house was used as Airbnb. “I was looking for him, asking him to give me back the 400 euros I had given him as a guarantee. I just told him I got his plates and I’ll find him, within 10 days he sent me the money back,” he revealed another victim. The imposter owner has more than 20 complaints and was arrested by authorities.
