57 People Rescued Off the Coast of Gavdos in Greece

Under the coordination of the Unified Rescue and Coordination Center, 57 people were located and rescued from a cargo ship flying the Bahamas flag in the sea area south of Gavdos. According to the port authorities, the individuals found near Gavdos were transferred to a Frontex vessel and transported to the port of Agia Galini.
