30th Athens International Film Festival ‘Premiere Nights’ Opens in Style

The festival kicked off on Wednesday, October 2 at the Athens Concert Hall with the screening of Sean Baker’s ANORA, winner of the Palme d’Or at this year’s Cannes Film Festival. The opening ceremony was attended by artistic director Loukas Katsikas, Maria Bobola, President of the Athens Film Company, and prominent figures from film, theater, television, music, and public and private institutions supporting Greece’s creative industries.
