20-Year-Old Egyptian Arrested for the Murder of His 25-Year-Old Compatriot in Agios Panteleimonas

On Thursday, June 25th, a 20-year-old Egyptian man was arrested by police in connection with the murder of his 25-year-old compatriot in Agios Panteleimonas. The incident occurred on Wednesday evening when neighbors reported hearing loud voices and arguments from nearby apartments. According to reports, there was a confrontation involving approximately eight people outside the building where the victim resided at Aristomenous Street 37, near Attiki Square. Upon arrival, ELAS officers discovered the body of the 25-year-old victim in the basement apartment. Shortly afterward, a 20-year-old Egyptian suspect was taken into custody. Police collected evidence from the scene, which will be sent to forensic laboratories for further examination.
